Spartan - Alamanda Trials
From Phil Mathias who writes: "it was a DE&S post card encouraging people to become NSQEP, so is unclassified. I think it's probably Spartan during Alamanda trials - circa 2005."
Alamanda was the name for the project to fit a Dry Deck Shelter for SF insertion and recovery to SSNs.
